Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or stock delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you by email or phone.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners such as Australia Post, Sendle, or CouriersPlease.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on location:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 4–10 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [your contact email].

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us so we can assist where possible.

If your package is delayed, please allow extra time due to courier or customs processing — particularly during peak periods.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
